📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Pomeroy customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
Odor is often the first sign Pomeroy customers notice, well before any visible water shows up.
Even small cracks are worth a second look — they rarely stay small once seasonal ground movement gets involved.
It's easy to dismiss efflorescence as harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement through the wall.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail at the worst possible time — usually during the next big Pomeroy storm.
This is one sign we tell Pomeroy customers not to wait on — wall movement tends to progress rather than resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping or warping near an exterior wall is a common clue our Pomeroy crews trace back to a drainage issue.
Every Pomeroy property is different — soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
Storm season in Pomeroy, OH means our emergency line gets busy fast — we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Pomeroy address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service →A cracked foundation wall isn't just a cosmetic issue — it's a water entry point and, over time, a structural one. Our Pomeroy crews assess whether it's a simple seal or a sign of bigger settlement issues before recommending a fix.
Get a Crack Assessment →A tired or undersized sump pump is the #1 reason we get emergency calls in Pomeroy after heavy rain. We install dual-pump systems so your basement stays dry even if the power goes out mid-storm.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →Some Pomeroy lots need both an interior and exterior system working together — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than selling just one.
Ask About Drain Systems →A damp, uninsulated crawl space under a Pomeroy home drives up humidity, invites mold, and wastes energy year-round. We seal it with heavy-duty vapor barrier, address any standing moisture, and can add dehumidification if needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We work directly with Pomeroy property managers and business owners on below-grade waterproofing, parking structure sealing, and large-scale drainage corrections — scheduled around your operating hours.

We start with a phone conversation, not a script — enough to know whether this is an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We walk the space with you, point out what we find, and explain it in plain language — no jargon, no pressure.
No verbal estimates that change later. What's quoted for your Pomeroy job is what's invoiced.
Our crew completes the work, cleans up the site, and walks you through the warranty coverage on what was installed.
We quote the job in writing after inspecting it in person, so what you agree to on the phone or at your door is what shows up on the final invoice.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers questions about your Pomeroy job is the same one who shows up to do it.
Warranty terms are explained before you sign, in plain language, so there's no fine print surprise if you ever need to use it.
We'd rather earn a repeat customer with an honest small fix than push a system you don't need.
